It has been brought to our attention recently that a person (or persons) are travelling within mainland Europe fraudulently using our Tip Top Exteriors brand.
If you reside in the Netherlands (or within mainland Europe outside of the UK) and have been approached by anyone claiming to be Tip Top Exteriors, please be warned that this is not us. We are an established and professional cleaning company solely operating within the UK only.
Any persons claiming to be Tip Top Exteriors within mainland Europe (outside of the UK) has no connection to our company, and is doing so fraudulently and unlawfully.
The reports we have received to date describe a person (or persons) who speaks English, uses a vehicle which fraudulently adorns our UK logo and approaches homeowners residing in the Netherlands asking for money up front to carry out services.
The photos below have been provided to us and show the suspected vehicle purporting to be Tip Top Exteriors.
As stated, this is NOT us. We do not operate in any country outside of the UK. If you live in Europe and have been approached by anyone claiming to be Tip Top Exteriors, you should report them immediately to the authorities within your country of residence.
We are also taking steps to report this too. We take matters of the unlawful use of our company name very seriously and will not tolerate anyone impersonating our company and our good name.
